The hills were alive with the sound of Cub Scouts!

Well, the hills of Gedling Country Park that is!

Sunday 6th February saw Cub Scouts and their leaders taking part in the District Cub Scout Ramble around Gedling.

Departing from 1st Gedling Scout Group, the Cubs made their way to Gedling Country park where, with the extremely clear day, they were all treated to some fantastic views of Nottingham, and Nottinghamshire.

After taking in the spectacular views (and a little play on the park), the Cubs then made their way back towards 1st Gedling HQ where hot dogs and soup were being served as refreshments!

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the Ramble, we had 9 Cub packs participating, and we had the highest number of participants for a number of years!

We hope you enjoyed the Ramble, and are already looking forward to next years!

If you have any photo's of the event, please email them to media@centralnotts.org.uk
